Mr. Nagendra Singh Rana, a hotelier & restaurateur whose passion for the culinary industry runs in his blood. At a very young age Mr. Rana realised that food is where his heart lays and therefore he completed his hotel management from IIHM Ahmedabad in the year 1993. Today he has a chain of 11 hotels across Gujarat under the name of Shiv G roup of Hotels, he is the proud owner of Shaka Cafe, Wok Sushi Bao, Yoku, The Big Healthy Bowl. Time & again he has proven his mettle by mastering all areas of this industry. With his understanding, creativity & enthusiasm he has brought a unique approach in the culinary business.

Rishabh completed his education at Mayo College, Ajmer. But his tryst with food began at IHM – Aurangabad, Taj. Followed by his stint at the Michelin 2-star Mugaritz, Spain & later at Gaa, Bangkok & O Pedro Mumbai.
His exceptional culinary skills took brands like The Shaka Cafe, Wok Sushi Bao, La Bella Figurati & Big Health Bowl to new heights, customising every moment to the most beautiful tailor made dishes. His recipes are inspired by tastes & flavours of Mughal cuisine but offer a tint of modern garnishing like never before. Rishabh is a fitness enthusiast who tries to incorporate nutritional value to everything he creates in the kitchen.
Insatiably curious & self taught, Rishabh’s unique journey with food started when he was young. At 13, his culinary instinct took its course and since then with his ground-breaking & unique approach he has been making the experience beautiful for his diners.
